I expect passive mediums like e-mail and SMS to be acceptable 24/7/365. I do not expect a direct medium, like a phone call, to come outside my acceptable hours (6 AM – 10:30 PM).

I discovered Bella Pizza while looking for a place that delivered and served a gluten-free pizza crust. I really appreciate a pizza place that has a gluten-free crust every day (not just Mondays and Tuesdays). It had been a long time since I had pizza…it tasted simply wonderful. Thank you Bella!

I went to the Elk River location a few weeks ago to give them a try. I ordered the Reuben sub, all I have to say is gross! It was the worst sub I had ever tasted. The meat was all fat and the sauce tasted like puke. They are way over priced and I would never eat there again. Not even if the food was free and I was a homeless person who hasn’t eaten in a week. It’s that bad. They need to shut that place down and put a real sub shop with quality food like Potbelly. Now there’s a good sub shop!

I also went to the elk river blink bonnie subs about a three weeks ago and was very disappointed. Their subs are pricey for what you get and showed lack of anything “Award Winning” as described on their web site. There was only one person working/delivering/ and basically showed lack of interest in the company. The store seemed droopy and not in any way modern. These subs really could be made up by anyone and really isn’t anything original. Subway or JimmyJohns are much better for the price. Makes me wonder how these people are even in business?

I’ve had good luck with snow peas…they sell them at Super Target in the fresh produce section. After a package of those, you have a very flat tummy about 4 hours later…

I been pretty faithful to my morning smoothie, work day or day off. Almond milk, frozen berries, flax meal, coconut oil, tiny amount of whey powder (amino acids) from GNC (I just get the small packets). Keeps me strong and focused and most of all FULL for at least 2+ hours. I learned that the almonds are the full part, and while almond milk isn’t cheap ($2.50-3.00 a half gallon), its a powerful food value when you consider how long it keeps you going. If I don’t do my workouts, I have back and joint pain amounting to a body cast of sheer discomfort, so there’s really no skipping it for me. Unless I want to hate life of course.

How do I recover from bad eating? Kefir. Hands down. Had food fair last year (can you say broken stomach?), and waddled into the store to try Kefir. In 1.5 days, drinking a full quart of it , it was like I never ate Fair food. WOW! Most yogurts have 2 active cultures while this has 10. Again, not the cheapest stuff, but you get the value in the results.

Look past the sticker price on these two items and I think you might find them worthwhile.

I will do a cheat meal once a week or ever two weeks. Usually I only allow these if I’m on track for my fitness goals. If I’m trying to cut I will not allow these. As for alcohol I’ll have a few mixed drinks (vodka & diet soda or capt & d. coke) or martinis friday and saturday night.

As a treat I’ll turn my oatmeal into oatmeal pancakes with a few chocolate chips and 1/4 large banana sliced.

Thanks Bill, it’s an ever present challenge for me.. I’ve had a plan, and now have the time to execute it I think. I don’t have an issue maintaining, it’s just that last little midsection to make go away.

So, with motivation and goal in mind, I’m going to continue to plug away. Great things don’t happen over night, it takes time and effort

Rob,

Take note at when I wrote this post. Over a year ago BEFORE the newly opened location (Fall, 2010) was opened. You should try the spell check option and check your research before you get too ‘fard’ ahead of yourself too buddy.

Also, This is the official website for the business: margaritas-mex.com which only mentions the two sites, so hopefully they will update that soon to let everyone know about the new location (Or possibly hire me as their internet guy).

Any further digging I did today provided no other locations than the third location in Woodbury.

Are there any more hidden locations owned by the same family around the cities as Rob cites? I have not seen any. If you have, please let me know!

I agree with all the above – excellent pizza and very friendly employees. I also appreciate that they have later hours on the weekend. It is nice to have such a yummy option when wanting a later night pizza at home with a movie! Our favorite is their Taco Pizza even though we add our own nacho chips and sour cream at home. We’ve ordered Bella’s Taco Pizza several times for visitors and everyone has loved it! Consistently delicious in flavor and generous toppings!

Will, I’m aware that if you use some of the other mods, like Cyanogen you do get some added goodies. I was referring to the pre-release builds of the official 2.2. In the rooted builds, you lost things like WiFi, some apps in the market etc.

I’ve got the tethering thing already setup and happy, and I will say, I dig the speed of 2.2 – Wonder how it compares to Cyanogen?

I know lots of people have rooted phones and they work well, and I also see many accounts of rebooting to a brick.. – Just can’t take that chance with mine that I’ll brick it..

DM – Thanks for the info. I’ve just recently found Mpix and I think I will try for my own use a comparison between them and Shutterfly. As with everything else, my personal ventures have taken a back seat to paying client and (mostly pro-bono volunteer) work. Hoping to wrap most of those projects up this month and get this more off the ground.

This weekend, I’m headed out across the cities to find some nature and photo worthy items to catch on camera.

Mpix, while still not local, is a much more professional quality site. If I were paying someone for photos, I wouldn’t want them from Shutterfly.

If you’re really looking into selling with some semi-serious professionalism and want to look into online, check out smugmug.com, a lot of local wedding photographers use it to sell prints to their clients.

OK – I’ve launched the site with a handful of photos on it. With over 10,000 photos to comb thru, I’m sure I’ll be adding for quite some time.

As a bonus, I’ve taken a handful of photos and noted them with a donation marking. – I figure why not give back to the places where I took the photos. – Most notably, the proceeds for anything from WMSTR will be donated to the ‘Save Our Steamers’ fund, to help raise money to repair a few of the shows ailing steam engines.
