		<description>To those of you who make reference to bars &amp; restaurants closing at the MOA because of the &quot;smoking ban&quot; enacted in 2007.  They were having trouble before that.  Gatlin&#039;s bar &amp; restaurant closed before the smoking ban.  Also, according to the Star Tribune business section article, sales tax revenue from restaurants actually increased the year following the smoking ban.  Same thing happened in California and New York.  I dont think its fair to make a blanket statement saying the smoking ban caused the restaurants to fail and close.  Remember there are lots and lots of restaurants at the MOA.  Two large fast food , food courts also
